I guess maybe we can try to get a chuckle out of this since no one ended up dead ...

On Saturday, police in Las Vegas arrested 32-year-old Jorge Victorino-Vazquez for hiring a hitman to kill his wife ... as a BIRTHDAY PRESENT to himself.  That's right.  He actually described whacking his wife as a birthday present to himself.

Back on April 15th, Vazquez asked a friend if he knew any hitmen.  The friend went to the cops, and they had an undercover cop pose as a hitman and meet with Vazquez at a bar.

Vazquez told the cop that, "he wanted his wife killed because she was cheating on him, took his money, took his vehicles, wouldn't sign papers for him, and always threatened to call INS to have him deported."

The cop gave him several opportunities to change his mind, but Vazquez was determined and gave him $2,000 for the hit.

He's now facing charges of solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

You might've heard about 47-year-old Debbie Stevens of West Islip, New York.  She donated her kidney to save her BOSS' LIFE ... then got fired! 

She filed a complaint with the state human rights commission, saying she was only hired for her kidney.  And now she's taking it even further and says she wants her kidney BACK!!

That's going to be tough, though.  Because Debbie's kidney didn't ACTUALLY go into her boss, 61-year-old Jackie Brucia.

It went to a patient in St. Louis who was a better match.  And because of that, Jackie rocketed up the national donation list, and got a kidney from a donor in San Fransisco.

Jackie's also claiming she didn't trick Debbie into taking a job just for a kidney.  In an interview yesterday, Jackie said, "I will always be grateful that she gave me a kidney.  I have nothing bad to say about her."

We've got a picture here of a woman who has the MOST BEAUTIFUL FACE in the world ... mathematically, anyway.

She's 18-year-old Florence Colgate of Kent, England, and she's a blonde-haired, blue-eyed student who works at a stand that sells French fries.  She was picked from more than 8,000 candidates in a contest to find the PERFECT FACE.  Here's why she was chosen ...

Her face is almost perfectly symmetrical, which is a sign of beauty.

The space between her pupils is just under half of the width of her face, which is supposed to be the perfect scientific ratio for attractiveness.

And the distance between her eyes and mouth is about a third of the measurement from her hairline to her chin ... again, that's supposedly the ideal ratio for a beautiful face.

She IS pretty, especially considering she's not wearing much makeup and she's had no work done ... but does she have the most beautiful face in the world?  Nah.

Last year, Olive Garden got national attention when a toddler was served sangria at a location in Michigan.  Now, it has happened again ...

A 10-year-old boy drank half a rum cocktail at an Olive Garden in Indianapolis when the restaurant mistakenly put a drink in front of him, according to a police report.

The boy’s mother told police she ordered her son a Wildberry Frullato for children, according to a report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. When the waitress came to the table, she accidentally put a 4-ounce rum drink in front of the boy. He drank half.

The waitress realized her error and told a supervisor.  Family members said they began to notice the boy wasn’t acting like his normal self, and the mother said management told her the boy would be fine, the report said.

Concerned about the boy, the family took him to a local hospital, where alcohol was discovered in his system. An officer responding to the hospital described the boy as “alert” but “shaken up.”

No family members at the table ordered alcohol while they were there Thursday night.

Olive Garden released this statement about the incident Friday afternoon:

"We find this situation completely unacceptable and we are extremely upset that this occurred. We have a zero tolerance policy for any violation of our responsible alcohol service policy, and the employee who served the wrong drink has been terminated. We are thankful that the child is okay and we will continue to work with the family to resolve this issue."

On Friday, 39-year-old Robert Strank of Dayton, Ohio went to a Huntington Bank branch in Beavercreek, Ohio.  When he got up to the counter, he suffered an undisclosed medical issue and PASSED OUT.  The tellers called 911.

While they were waiting for the paramedics to arrive, Robert came to, and revealed why he was at the bank ... he was there to ROB THE PLACE!  So even though he'd passed out, he handed a teller a note demanding cash.

Right around then the paramedics got there.  They checked him out ... then handed him over to the cops.  Robert was arrested for attempted robbery.

STEVE HARVEY'S chick flick beat ZAC EFRON'S chick flick at the box office this weekend.  "Think Like a Man" made $33 million, about $10 million more than Efron's "The Lucky One".  It's even more impressive when you consider that "Think Like a Man" cost just $12 million to make.

An Oreo ad has been circulating online this week ... and it's TOO RISQUE to ever become a real marketing campaign.

It shows a Korean baby latched onto his mother's nipple and holding an Oreo.  The slogan reads, "Milk's favorite cookie."  And in the unedited version, you can see ... well, you know.

You'd THINK it was just Photoshopped and not a real Oreo ad, but that's not the case.  Kraft Foods, which makes Oreos, apologized for it yesterday.

They say it was made by an agency, "for a one-time use at a [Korean] advertising forum.  The ad was never intended for public distribution or use with consumers."

This happened earlier this month in Brazil, but it just came across our radar ... and it's great!  Ronaldo Silva is a suspected drug trafficker who was locked up in Brazil.  When his wife came to visit, they worked to coordinate his brilliant escape attempt.

She gave Ronaldo HER CLOTHES.  He put on a black wig, her blue dress, her bra, lipstick, fake nails, and high heels ... and she switched into shorts and another top she brought.  Somehow they did all this without the guards catching on.

Then, Ronaldo walked out of prison like he was a visitor.  He actually managed to get past several of the guards AND some cops patrolling on the street.  He got to the nearest bus station before one cop became suspicious.

What tipped him off?  He noticed the "woman" was having a hell of a time walking in the high heels.  When he got closer, he figured out the woman was a man.  Ronaldo is now back in prison.
